**AI providers:** OpenAI and Anthropic are **alternatives**, selected by configuration (`INK_REPLY_PROVIDER`); only the selected one receives the conversation. Calls to Anthropic are **stateless**: the conversation is sent with each request and **no conversation object is created or kept on the provider side** — provider-side retention of technical logs is governed by their DPA and commercial terms.

**iubenda:** only if used on a **separate marketing website**; does **not** process IC Studio / IC Design app runtime data.
