## 1. Scope

AI features in IC Studio and IC Design (agent, vision, generation, estimates, etc.).

## 2. Providers

Primarily **OpenAI** or others shown in-product. **BYOK** allowed; API costs borne by key owner.

## 3. Platform key and consumption

Included fair-use quota or **pay-as-you-go** via wallet / Stripe top-up. Limits shown in app or web.

## 4. No professional advice

Output is **informational** only. Not a substitute for informed consent, hygiene rules, medical advice, or local health law.

## 5. Data sent to AI

Content the user submits only. Minimize unnecessary sensitive data.

## 6. Retention

Limited technical logs; we do not train proprietary models on client content. OpenAI: per API business terms.

## 7. Availability

Subject to provider limits and fair-use; may throttle for abuse or unpaid consumption.
