# Acceptable Use Policy — InkConscious

## 1. Permitted use

B2B software for professional tattoo studio management and design.

## 2. Prohibited conduct

- Unsolicited bulk messaging on WhatsApp/Instagram.  
- Illegal, hateful, exploitative, or impersonation content.  
- API abuse, unauthorized scraping, attacks on the service.  
- AI for binding medical advice or diagnosis.  
- Processing minors’ data without lawful basis and studio controls.  
- Reselling the service without written agreement.
- **Copying, cloning, or reproducing** InkConscious / IC Studio / IC Design software (UI, workflows, code, or documentation) to build derivative or competing products.
- Using screenshots, recordings, or exports of the product for **reverse engineering** or similar software development.

## 3. Meta compliance

Studio must follow WhatsApp Business and Instagram/Meta policies. We may disconnect channels if required by Meta or law.

## 4. OpenAI compliance

Use per OpenAI terms; do not submit prohibited content.

## 5. Enforcement

Warning, suspension, termination; reports to authorities when legally required.
